What is Life Coaching?

Life Coaching is a guided opportunity to look at your life and address areas where positive changes could bring about greater vitality, happiness and fulfilment.  Jude’s motivational Life Coaching approach can be particularly helpful if you are at a cross roads in your life and are seeking clarity from within on how to progress on your soul journey.  

You may be challenged by

  • Imbalances in particular aspects of your life
  • Beliefs that are thwarting your progress
  • Old patterns of behaviour that no longer fit well
  • Work issues
  • Relationships and interpersonal communication
  • Lack of confidence and diminished self esteem
  • Motivational issues....

.......or there may be more specific matters that challenge you.

During Life Coaching sessions with Jude you will be introduced to skills and techniques that allow you to instigate positive, forward momentum. You can expect to develop clarity of thought, positive decision making abilities and familiarity with self help techniques that encourage you to manage your life and time more effectively.

What happens in a Life Coaching Session?

Each  session will usually last for one hour and starts with discussion of your challenges, dilemmas, wishes and aspirations.   Jude will then introduce you to appropriate and effective techniques that can facilitate forward momentum.  Neuro Linguistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Mindful Meditation and Hypnotherapy may be employed to suit your needs and assist you at any stage of your journey towards vitality and wellbeing.   You can feel mobilised to make positive, life enhancing decisions that truly make your heart sing and therefore encourage joy and happiness to filter more fully into your life and time.

How many Life Coaching sessions will I need?

You can expect to feel more positive and clear after one session and you will have some skills in place to self manage your life more confidently.  Issues may emerge from the changes that you instigate and a series of sessions may be required depending on the volume and complexity of your personal needs, desires and aspirations.  Jude will always advise you professionally on the realities of what can be achieved in an hour session.  She will support you to devise a Life Coaching  plan that is mutually comfortable and this will be continuously reviewed to meet your needs as you journey along.

Life Coaching by Telephone or Skype.

If you are unable to meet Jude for a 'one to one' personal session it may be possible to arrange a Telephone or Skype consultation. The suitability of this can be discussed and it is important that a quiet and private therapy environment can be created by the client for the session to take place. It is the responsibility of the client to make the telephone call or initiate the Skype contact for such consultations. Appointments are made in the usual way and hour long sessions are the norm.
